New Gen Health Solutions LLC (Agency NPN: 21313049) is a licensed independent insurance agency headquartered in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, with licensed agents operating across more than 20 states. We provide information about and assistance with health insurance products including:

  • Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans
  • Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans
  • Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace plans through state-based exchanges
  • Under-65 off-exchange health insurance products, including fixed indemnity and group health plans

We do not provide medical advice, tax advice, or legal counsel. Plan recommendations are based on information you provide and are subject to carrier underwriting and approval. Our agents are licensed insurance producers, not financial advisors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By submitting a form or engaging with our agents, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into agreements in your state of residence.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form, speaking with our agents, or completing an enrollment application. This includes but is not limited to your name, date of birth, contact information, Medicare eligibility details, household income, and current coverage status. Providing false or incomplete information may result in inaccurate plan recommendations, inability to complete enrollment, or cancellation of coverage by the issuing carrier.

4. SMS Communications

New Gen Health Solutions LLC may send you text messages if you have opted in through our intake form. We offer two separate types of SMS messaging:

  • Non-marketing messages: Appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, enrollment status updates, and service notifications.
  • Marketing messages: Special offers, discounts, and service updates.

You may opt into one, both, or neither type of messaging. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Opt-Out & Support:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (856) 630-6302. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message Frequency & Rates:

5. Call Recording and Compliance

Calls with our licensed agents may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, and regulatory compliance purposes, including compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) marketing and enrollment guidelines. By engaging in a call with our agents, you acknowledge that the call may be recorded after appropriate disclosure is provided.

6. Medicare-Specific Disclosures

If you are inquiring about or enrolling in a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plan, the following apply:

  • New Gen Health Solutions LLC and its agents are licensed to sell Medicare products and are not directly affiliated with Medicare or any government agency
  • Enrollment in a Medicare Advantage plan depends on contract renewal between the carrier and CMS
  • Our agents follow all applicable CMS marketing and communications guidelines, including scope of appointment requirements
  • A Scope of Appointment form may be required prior to discussing specific plan details, in accordance with CMS regulations

7. ACA Marketplace Disclosures

For ACA marketplace plans, we facilitate enrollment through state-based exchanges. Subsidy eligibility is determined by the applicable exchange based on household income and size information you provide. We do not guarantee subsidy amounts, and final premium calculations are subject to exchange and IRS determination.

8. No Guarantee of Coverage or Pricing

Information provided through our website or agents is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of coverage, pricing, or eligibility. Plan availability, premiums, benefits, provider networks, and formularies are determined by the issuing carrier and are subject to change. Final enrollment is subject to carrier approval and applicable law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including carrier portals, state exchange websites, and government resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site.
